Mainframe Service Level Understanding
In its biannual February meeting, the
Northwest Regional Data Center Policy Board finalized a
Service Level Understanding document outlining services
to be provided to all customers of the data center,
specifying availability, performance criteria, support
services, continuity planning, billing and payment, and
dispute resolution procedures.
