NWRDC holds a monthly customer conference call in which all customers are invited to attend. During this time all available NWRDC staff will be present on the call to discuss any upcoming changes, issues, or any other technical items.

Also during this time the customers are encouraged to bring up any technical questions or concerns as well as ideas that can be shared to the entire customer base. Customers may also request agenda items for the meeting prior by Email or by calling directly at (850) 245-3500.
