Flat Rate Billing

The NWRDC has adopted a flat rate billing method. This process is intended to give our customers a predictable monthly cost over an entire year while at the same time providing adequate revenue to the data center.

The total yearly cost of running the NWRDC mainframe is divided among each mainframe customer based on that customer’s total usage during the previous billing year.

Each customer’s yearly flat rate is then divided by 12 and that amount will be invoiced each month for a given year.

Special considerations can be made for new customers or customers who are in the process of leaving the mainframe customer base.
